Buckhead, known for its upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment options, offers a variety of attractions for every taste. Start your day with a stroll through the Atlanta History Center, where you can learn about the city's rich history and explore beautiful gardens and the iconic historic home known as the Swan House. Afterward, head to our favorite nearby curated gift shop, Lucy’s Market. Next up for shopping is a few blocks away at the Buckhead Village District for some luxury shopping and local eateries. We absolutely love the outdoor patio and food at Le Bilboquet and Le Colonial.
If you love to look at beautiful old homes, you will want to drive through Haynes Manor, Brookwood Hills, or Ansley Park, to name a few neighborhoods of interest on the way to visit the Botanical Gardens and/or the High Museum of Art.
For a more relaxed outing in workout wear, head to Chastain Park, one of the largest city parks in Atlanta, walk the 2 mile loop around the golf course and stop into The Chastain restaurant for a latte pick-me-up. There is an amazing playground for the kiddos with covered patio area for a picnic lunch. You will be in the vincinity of some great local shops in the Powers Ferry Square where this is a little bit of everything from gift shops, children's shoes to a blowout bar and facial studio.
